Unexpected Consequences
Did your pursuit of a more defined figure with CoolSculpting® end up delivering unexpected and unsettling consequences? If so, you're far from alone.
There may be over 60,000 diagnosed cases of Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH) associated with CoolSculpting® procedures.
If you've been affected by PAH after CoolSculpting®, you may be entitled to compensation.
Understanding PAH
PAH is an unusual but potentially severe side effect of CoolSculpting®. Instead of the anticipated fat reduction, some patients experience a paradoxical growth of fat cells in the treatment area. This result leads to physical disfigurement and emotional distress. While PAH isn't life-threatening, it doesn't resolve spontaneously and can only be addressed through invasive procedures like liposuction or direct excision. These solutions, aside from being expensive, are contrary to the non-invasive allure of CoolSculpting®.
