paul danziger

Paul DanzigerPaul Danziger graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Degree in Accounting, and a Master's Degree in Tax Accounting. After graduation, he worked as a tax consultant in New York City at one of the top accounting firms, where he obtained his commission as a Certified Public Accountant.

After receiving his law degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, Mr. Danziger worked for the firm, Tilleke & Gibbins, in their Vietnam and Thailand offices, where he concentrated on international intellectual property rights and business transactions. Upon returning to the U.S., Mr. Danziger started his own law firm with Michael Weiss who is the subject of the movie "Puncture" starring Chris Evans.

Since that time, Mr. Danziger has been representing clients in product liability, defective drug cases, mesothelioma cases, whistleblower and complex business and intellectual property litigation. He has been involved in a number of high-profile cases, which have been featured in media such as the New York Times, the Boston Globe, the Houston Chronicle, and on CNN. Mr. Danziger is also a part-time inventor with two U.S. patents. Paul is married to Dr. Susan Danziger & lives in Houston, Texas with their four children.

rod r. de llano

Rod De LlanoRod de Llano graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. After graduation, he managed an import/export business before deciding to pursue a law degree. Mr. De Llano graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, and then worked in the general litigation section of a large international firm, concentrating on major commercial, product liability and insurance-coverage disputes. Mr. de Llano has been involved in numerous product liability, whistleblower, anti-trust, class action, and intellectual property matters, which have been litigated nationwide.

tracee l. ivins

Tracee L. IvinsTracee L. Ivins graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. After graduation she worked for the State of Florida as a certified investigator, before deciding to pursue a law degree. In her capacity as an attorney in the personal injury practice area Ms. Ivins has been involved in cases involving serious bodily injury, product liability injury and wrongful death. Ms. Ivins has represented individuals and business owners throughout the State of Florida who have been harmed because of the negligence of others. Currently, Ms. Ivins works full time representing businesses and individuals who have suffered financially because of the BP oil spill. This includes analyzing business trends, negotiating with the GCCF or BP and making sure the clients receive the compensation they deserve.
